About Sandy Noe-Braccolino
After leading Meals on Wheels of Northwest Indiana for 38 years, I retired with deep gratitude for a career devoted to serving others. The nonprofit sector has been more than my profession—it has been my calling.
Although retired, I remain committed to helping organizations strengthen our communities. I currently serve on five nonprofit boards, with Community Help Network (CHN) as my primary volunteer focus. It is a privilege to support CHN’s mission and work alongside its dedicated staff, board members, and volunteers to improve the lives of individuals and families throughout Northwest Indiana.
I hold a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Indiana University Northwest’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA), a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and Business Administration from Calumet College of St. Joseph, and an Associate of Science degree from Joliet Junior College.
